Merit Canada provides its members’ employees with a comprehensive and affordable medical, dental and insurance program. Administered by Mercon Benefit Services, the program is specifically designed for people employed in the construction industry.

The Construction Supplier Plan

The Construction Supplier Plan is a new program designed to provide comprehensive, inexpensive insurance for businesses in Canada that service the construction industry. In three levels of coverage, it provides the best possible insurance to companies with three or more employees at a reasonable cost.

The Owner / Operator Plan

We know how hard it can be for companies with 1 or 2 employees to find a benefits plan. That is why we are proud to offer those companies a benefit plan that provides them the pricing and service typically reserved for big business.
